Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, corporations, and other business clients.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new target groups and markets.
- Negotiation and Sales: Prepare offers, conduct contract negotiations, and secure long-term collaborations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the event management team to implement corporate events and conferences.
- Budget and Revenue Responsibility: Ensure and optimize revenue targets in the key account sector.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree or vocational training in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the hotel or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and confident.
- Goal-oriented and structured work approach.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
